You will receive an incident report if you are late/miss a class, have late work/miss an assignment, are lacking in participation or not meeting the requirements of an assignment/workhshop day/blogging sessions, etc.
If you receive an incident report, it will say whether or not Jeff and I are suggesting a dismissal or if this is a warning. Very few people will get "warnings" because Bridge standards are high and we are ethically considering whether or not college (and its cost, time, work) is the right decision for you.
Note: Jeff and I SUGGEST dismissal, but it is up to us, the math teachers, and our Bridge advisors to determine if you are dismissed or not.
There are other options: community college, taking a year off, distance learning programs, work study programs, internships, etc. We will try and guide you in the best decision based on your needs.
Please talk to us if you are worried about how you are doing, but bear in mind that we cannot tell you a "grade" since we are assessing your willingness to be part of a college community and actively work to improve.
